The Dark Gallery is all about chocolate: chocolate ice-cream, chocolate pastries, chocolate drinks, chocolate desserts – and more.
Of note is their single origin chocolate ice-cream ($5.50 per scoop), made daily in small batches with single origin chocolate from countries like Madagascar, Ecuador, Dominican Republic and Venezuela, just to name a few. The brand works with prominent European names like Valrhona and Cacao Barry, as well as small bean-to-bar manufacturers for uniquely grown cacoa beans that produce rich and smooth dark chocolate flavours.
For chocoholics, single origin tasting platters are also available in the form of ice-cream ($14), pastries ($14), and a coffee and chocolate pairing ($14). The tasting platters even come with flavour notes for guests to differentiate between the types of chocolate.
The Dark Gallery currently has two outlets in Singapore: Millenia Walk and Ngee Ann City, and both locations include a boutique section retailing dark chocolate bars, macarons, and chocolate bonbons.
