It all started with a coconut. Seven years ago, Coconut Club debuted their widely popular Nasi Lemak and the rest is history. Now, with aspirations of moving beyond Singaporean shores, the brand expands with a second outlet in the spirited neighbourhood of Siglap. The casual canteen concept takes root in a quaint shophouse offering an all-day dining experience fronted by the well-loved signature plates of Nasi Lemak.
With the new location comes the launch of an exclusive weekend brunch menu. Expect a grand showcase of the versatile coconut milk in an indulgent mix of sweet and savoury flavours drawn from familiar Malay and Peranakan dishes. Tuck into redolent bowls of Dry Laksa ($21) with fresh tiger prawns and the nostalgic Apom Berkuah with Pisang Pengat ($16) – fluffy blue pea flower pancakes with gula melaka and bananas.
