The Clifford Pier

Save a couple of bucks by dragging dad along for the high tea session because at the Clifford Pier, mums dine for free with a minimum of two paying adults. Here, the family will enjoy a heritage themed afternoon tea with local dishes consisting of eight savouries and eight sweets. The dishes are based on heirloom recipes by Mrs Lee Chin Koon, one of Singapore’s doyennes of Peranakan cuisine, featuring Kurobuta pork kong ba bao, Nyonya chicken curry and roti jala wrap and bandung macarons. Despite the humble local offerings, mum can take pleasure in the grand ambiance of The Clifford Pier with its giant white arches and crystal chandeliers.
