The stall might be called 'Tasty Soup Yong Tau Fu', but its dry version is just as popular. The noodles come served in a separate bowl and tossed in a special, homemade sambal chilli. Equally impressive is the yong tau foo that's made fresh daily. Fish paste is first blended, then hand-stuffed into squares of tofu puff and beancurd to create each plump parcel.
