Japan’s largest conveyor belt chain, Sushiro, is opening its third outlet in Singapore today. Away from its two centrally located stores in Tiong Bahru and Isetan Scotts, the latest addition can be found in Woodland’s Causeway Point. At this new 136-seater, you can look forward to affordable cuts of fresh seafood that start from just $2.20 – with over 100 different options to choose from. And to ensure that only the freshest plates make its round on the conveyor belt, a special system is installed to remove any plate of intake sushi that travelled more than 350 metres.
Other than the crowd-favourite otoro ($4.80), Japanese egg omelette ($2.20), and salmon with basil cheese ($2.20), expect to find the Singapore-exclusive chicken rice nigiri ($2.20) and other seasonal creations that change every month. This April, the sushi joint will showcase a special crab roe dry ramen, zhar jiang mian, alongside more highlights. And to sweeten the deal, look forward to otoro nigiri that goes for just $2.20 as part of its opening promotion – available while stocks last.
Planning to head down? Here’s a tip to skip the long queues: download the Sushiro mobile application and make a reservation prior to your visit.
