Chef Yoshio Sakuta used to helm two-Michelin-starred Shoukouwa. Now, he has moved on to Sushi Kou, an intimate omakase sushi restaurant located at Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre. The nine-seater space serves up ‘Edo-style’ sushi, made using only premium ingredients air-flown from Toyosu Market in Japan. Prices start from $380 for Aya, which comes with three dishes and sushi, and $450 for Kou, with five dishes and an assortment of sushi.
