Sushi Jin sources ingredients from Tokyo’s Tsukiji market to offer seafood that doesn’t break the bank. Its Zen-inspired layout hosts bar counters for both group dining and private events. Chef specials include bluefin tuna belly ($32/two slices), wagyu beef asparagus roll ($38), beancurd roll cod tempura ($18) and grilled marinated silver cod with mushrooms ($32). Set lunches include spicy salmon don ($22) and omakase meals ($80-$130).
The restaurant is now open on Sundays as well, offering brunch items such as the wagyu don ($35) and the Hokkaido Don ($38), a chirashi don featuring Hokkaido’s best – sea urchin, scallop and ikura.
