Steeped Tea Bar is more than just another café or bubble tea chain. The tea-focused drink studio combines barista-like methods with bartending moves to create its unique line-up of beverages. Tea leaves are first extracted in an espresso-like machine, then shaken and stirred with fruit juices to finish. You’ll find tasting notes with each drink on the menu, including tea mocktails of the popular Pear High Mountain Oolong ($6.30) with “robust and forward tea notes” paired with real bits of Williams pear puree, and the Soursop Sencha ($6.60) that’s “grassy” and “creamy”.
