Located in Joo Chiat, getting to Song Kee Fishball Noodle might be slightly inconvenient. But the handmade fish paste used to make its fishball and dumplings will be well worth the travel. The menu is straightforward – choose from bowls of $4, $6, or $8 with your choice of noodles. The $4 might fill you up, but we like the $6 bowl, which comes with everything the store is famous for: handmade bouncy fishballs, smooth fish dumplings, and stuffed fried beancurd.
