The folks from Skinny Pizza are now targeting time-strapped professionals with salads and wraps, boasting salad dressings made fresh every day. To kick things off, Chef Philip Davenport from New Zealand contributed creations like the salad with organic chicken and spinach ($12.50), kale and quinoa salad ($11.50) and the roasted chicken wrap ($8.50) featuring cauliflower tabbouleh and baba ghanoush. To keep the eating exciting, Skinny will enlist the help of other culinary talents to jazz up the menu in future.
