Shake Shack Suntec City is the famous burger joint’s fourth local outpost, and doors open on September 30.
To entice burger fans to visit its latest space (a roomy 133 seater with social distancing), Shake Shack will also debut a limited-time creation: the ShackMeister trio. The creation gets its name from the addictively crispy topping – deep-friend shallots marinated in custom-brewed ShackMeister ale – that’s sprinkled generously on the classic ShackBurger, flat-top dog, and crinkle-cut fries. Get a sneak taste of these exclusive dishes – the ShackMeister Burger ($10.90), ShackMeister Dog ($6.50), and ShakeMeister Fries ($5.90) – exclusively at the Suntec City store till October 5. After which, the ShakeMeister menu will be available across all four Shake Shack outlets only till November 16.
And to round off the meal, sample an outlet-exclusive creation: the Matcha Made in Heaven ($7.50). Creamy frozen custard comes blended with strawberry yuzu jam and shortbread chunks, then finished with a sprinkling of matcha powder. As with all other Shake Shack outlets, signatures of its Shack Stack ($14.30) and hand-spun shakes ($6.90) can also be found on the menu.
After placing an order, remember to head to the back of the restaurant and spot a colourful mural by local artists Estella Ng and Liquan Liew of Ripple Root fame. Through their painting, the pair charted the journey of the brand, from its humble origins at Madison Square Garden to its current, swanky new home at Suntec City, complete with a cheeky reference to the iconic Fountain of Wealth.
