Canto-Nice Flavors, Every Bite

If your taste buds are craving an adventure, get ready for a feast that will transport you straight to the heart of Guangzhou. From February 24 to May 31, The Westin Singapore is serving up a flavour-packed homage to Cantonese cuisine, with the Canton Dinner Buffet at Seasonal Tastes and the Canton Afternoon Tea at Lobby Lounge. The Canton Dinner Buffet (from $128) is an all-you-can-eat celebration of Cantonese flavours. Executive Chinese Chef Leo Cao Jin Ming – the maestro of Chinese cuisine at The Westin Pazhou – brings 30 years of expertise to a spread featuring Cantonese crispy fried chicken, steamed fish with green ginger, honey-glazed char siew, and more. Look out for Hakka yong tau fu, braised grouper fish balls, salted egg prawn balls and more, with desserts like Shunde double skin milk curd and put chai ko for a sweet finish. For a touch of luxury to your afternoon indulgence, the Canton Afternoon Tea (from $78, coffee and Chinese tea included) tempts with a mix of sweet, savoury, and straight-up irresistible treats. Dishes like bi feng tang-style deep-fried lobster, braised cod in golden pumpkin broth, and duo snow stewed bird's nest take high tea to the next level, best paired with a steaming pot of TWG’s finest Chinese teas.  Reserve your spot for the Canton Dinner Buffet here, and the Canton Afternoon Tea here.
