The Sanpellegrino dining series is back with Asia's top 50 restaurant Eat Me's head chef Tim Butler and LeVeL33's chef Jimi Tegerdine helming the kitchen for these two nights, bringing you a unique à la carte menu that features the best of the two restaurants. Wagyu tataki made of miso infused Miyazaki A5 sirloin topped with dollops of Oscietra caviar ($60) and pork confit cheek flavoured with LeVeL33’s signature stout jam ($24) are some highlights you can look forward to. Equally exciting are the desserts that include chocolate mousse spiked with Thai whiskey ($16) and a mint chocolate fondant drizzled in lime leaf oil ($16).
