Demand at Riz Labo's pop-up in Wisma Atria was so overwhelming that it's now been made a permanent fixture. The popular soufflé pancake store only has one outlet at upscale district Omotesandō in Tokyo, so to have it in Singapore is a rare treat, and your visit definitely has to be immortalised on the 'gram. Riz Labo's pancakes, unlike at most other places, are made with gluten-free Japanese rice flour. To achieve the fluffy texture and sweetness, egg whites and Kagoshima brown sugar are added. The result is an airy pile of pancakes (from $15) that have the lightness and texture of a castella cake.
