House of Dandy’s new sister restaurant, Raven, is painted as a sultry restaurant-bar at the basement of CHIJMES. The group’s chef Sam Chablani takes inspiration from North and South American cuisines, and weaves in Asian ingredients for plates like: burratina and heirloom tomatoes with gula melaka balsamic ($18); The Raven burger with chorizo cream, chipotle and avocado ($22); and bacon and sweet corn risotto ($21). On the drinks end, House of Dandy’s Ryan Rhodes has designed cocktails like the Agave smash ($17), Cucumber Rickey with Hendrick’s Gin ($17), and Maple Leaf Sour ($17).
