The Keisuke empire might soon be making its way overseas and into the United States. But before it crosses the Pacific Ocean, the brand has just opened its 21st outlet, at the offshore Resorts World Sentosa.
Dining here will feel familiar: Ramen Dining Keisuke Tokyo brings together popular signatures and classics from various Keisuke Ramen concepts. Sip on the rich broth of the lobster ramen ($13.90), or slurp up the lighter Tokyo shoyu ramen ($12.90) made from a base of chicken stock. You’ll also find the famed tonkotsu ramen ($19.90) – in original, spicy, and black spicy variants.
On top of the familiar menu, diners get to try special noodle dishes that will rotate seasonally ($15.90). Some featured dishes includes the laksa ramen, the mee pok maze soba tossed with chilli padi, or the peppery bak kut teh ramen served with noodles made deliberately thinner to resemble rice vermicelli. Still hungry? Order sides of pork gyozas ($7.90) or chicken nanban ($8.90) to complement your bowl of ramen. Then, wash it all down with the exclusive Credo beer ($15) that includes Kyara, with notes of white grapes, or the Beniaka, brewed with roasted sweet potatoes.
