Poofy

Poofy was borne out of the collaboration between habitat by honestbee and Riz Labo kitchen. The Riz Labo chefs even trained Poofy's staff for a month to perfect its recipes and cooking methods. Despite this, Poofy isn't just a copycat offshoot of the eminent Japanese brand. It has created its own pancake dish ($14) made with Takaragasa soft wheat flour. The eggy, fluffy stacks are served with berries and a dollop of chantilly cream, perfect for your 'gram. Other photogenic creations include an adorable Hokkaido milk soft serve ($6) that looks like it came straight out of a Ghibli film.
