Following the success of its first outlet in Opera Estate, Plank Sourdough has expanded its reach with an outlet in Namly Place. The new store offers the same well-loved sourdough crust pizza, made by slowly fermenting flour with wild yeast for up to 48 hours. The result is a crispy pizza crust with a pillowy soft centre that has a tangy zing.
There are six types of pizza to choose from, but if you've only room for one, make it the cheese plank pizza: a sourdough pizza base topped with caramelised garlic crème fraiche, blue cheese, fig jam, caramelised walnuts, maple syrup, thyme and lemon zest.
