The Déliciae Group’s latest concept brings together the flavours of South America at this carnival-like, family-style restaurant. True to its name, there’s a variety of Pisco cocktails like the Cocoloco Flip and Negroni Pisco (both $18) to kick things off, while the large menu boasts a fusion of traditional dishes mainly from Peru and Chile – think ceviches ($10-$15), street snacks such as the empanadas ($14) and los pinchos, grilled skewers of chicken thigh ($13), pork belly ($14) and lamb shoulder ($18).
