Come daytime, Pi Food transports you to the bustling streets of Hong Kong with its cha chaan teng, or tea restaurant grub. When night falls, the menu changes to serve up cocktails and wok-kissed sharing plates. The kitchen also comes helmed by chef Tsang Tak Ching, formerly the sous chef at Lei Garden in Hong Kong, who helps impart traditional Chinese flavours and cooking methods into the food served.
