Celebrity chef Tetsuya Wakuda gives diners a chance to bite into his sweets without having to splash out for a meal at his flagship. Creations include the airy Ghin Cheese Cake ($12) filled with lemon curd, Matcha Opera ($10) glazed with matcha ganache, Chantilly and crumble, as well as the Chocolate Mousse cake ($12) of chocolate sponge, raspberry brandy syrup, and pistachio mousse and crunch. Macarons are sold in boxes of 12 ($25), and, like most of the other offerings, change according to the seasons in Europe and Japan.
