On a stretch where cheap lagers dominate, Panorama Riverside Lounge is the stowaway above Pasta Fresca Da Salvatore to retreat to for a glass of wine. Over 70 labels of vino and liquor fill the menu, with a range that starts with house pours priced from $9.50 a glass, to more premium selections of Italian vintages. To pair with the drinks are light bites like truffle wedges ($9), deep-fried calamari ($8.90) and chicken kebabs ($6.90). Up on this attic space, the vista looks out to the Singapore River, which makes it a good spot to really let your hair down on a Fri-yay, especially as that's when Panorama offers free-flow red, white and sparkling wines with a platter of cold cuts and cheeses for just $39 a head from 6 to 9pm.
