Palette at the Capitol Piazza integrates ten hawker stalls into a sit-down Euro-Peranakan dining room. Food from big-name brands like Balestier Bak Kut Teh and Ah Yat Seafood Restaurant can be ordered from a single menu alongside the handmade fishballs and noodles from Ah Koong Restaurant and wonton and beef noodles from Hok Kee, which are here from Johor Bahru and Hong Kong respectively. 90 Gastro Bar caters cocktails and Asian-inspired desserts to complete the experience. A meal at the restaurant is estimated to cost between $15 and $30.
