Natsuttei

Located at the seventh floor of Orchard Central, Natsuttei is hidden from the crowds. But that doesn't stop people from heading up to enjoy a bowl of comforting ramen. What sets it apart is the special black ma-yu (roasted garlic oil) that floats at the top of each bowl; the fragrant condiment is made by slow-frying garlic over seven times to lend a deep, robust element to the soup.
