Going the opposite way from its sister, Marmalade Pantry in ION, this bistro is set on the colonial terrace at Fairways Drive. Tall French windows allow the breeze to float into the black-and-white, high-ceilinged, 88-seat space, furnished with Alvar Aalto’s natural ash timber chairs, and lit by Paolo Rizzato’s Flos brand mechanical-armed lamps. The menu follows the ‘Pantry in the City’ with its signature items, but new selections are also featured, such as the spaghetti carbonara with a 62-degree sous vide egg ($24++), and pork and fennel seed lasagne with mushrooms and parmesan ($24++). There is also a kids’ menu and an all-day bakery on site.
