Crowned as Finland’s Chef of the Year in 2015, the young and talented chef Ismo Sipeläinen from Restaurant Finnjävel will be taking over Maggie Joan’s kitchen for one night only. Sipeläinen brings some of his – and Finland’s – classic favourites with him on his first visit to Singapore. You won’t want to miss the mushroom porridge: a combination of two of the chef’s least favourite ingredients, mushroom and oatmeal porridge, which soon became a dish he grew to love and appreciate.
