Leung Sang Hong Kong Pastries' story began almost 40 years ago when Chef Chik Sang was an apprentice chef in Hong Kong learning the art of dim sum. It was there he honed his craft in Hong Kong cuisine – including its pastries. In Singapore, Leung Sang has found a following for its delectable egg tarts (apparently, there are 120 layers to the flaky tart) and polo buns.
