Incepted by founders Ronald Tan and Maggie Chen, King’s Cart Coffee Factory is a café specially designed with coffee lovers in mind, offering a menu that is simple yet complex enough for enthusiasts to discuss anything from the origins of the bean to the acids and sugars used. There is even a roasting facility within the premise, allowing diners to catch a glimpse of the coffee production process and ask questions if they are keen. A unique creation you'll enjoy is the coconut cold brew ($10), comprising coconut water and coconut strips served with a side of cold brew concentrate. To fill up, the eggs on sourdough ($11) is the perfect example of a classic done well – creamy scrambled eggs served on crusty bread. For more substantial options, try the pulled pork burger ($22) or the portobello aglio olio ($22).
