Headed by reputable Korean chef Choi Ming Chul (Ritz Carlton in South Korea and MBS), this 120-seater at the revamped Suntec dishes out refined, traditional dishes in smaller, tapas-like portions. Signatures span the Andong jjimdak ($15), a posher take on the popular braised boneless chicken thigh, topokki ($7.90), rice cakes in spicy sauce, and pork dolsot bap ($12), a spicy pork bulgogi with Korean rice in a hot stone bowl. There’s also a smoke-free electric grill at each table where you can grill a selection of premium meats.
