The October edition of Kilo Under Pressure sees Brian Kennett flex his culinary muscles to create an original 3- to 5-course dinner in this series that places seven amateur chefs in a restaurant kitchen with professional kitchen staff for 48 hours. With a few experiences under his belt including his own cookbook, serving an 8-course meal for charity as well as cooking a massive barbecue party for more than 50 guests, Brian puts his skills to the test at this chance to showcase his eclectic style of cooking and bring his gourmet dreams to life.
