Each Keisuke establishment highlights a unique dish, and at Keisuke Plus, the spotlight is on the delightful combination of gyoza and sake.
Here, diners are treated to more than just the regular pork gyozas – savour exciting options like the foie gras gyoza ($12) to the wagyu ($11) and the unique crab-infused gyoza ($10).
Not forgetting the sake, of course. Keisuke Plus’s sake offerings are imported directly from Japan. You can expect a full range – from Junmai Daiginjo to Junmai Ginjo and Honjozo.
For those looking for something more filling, try the Ochoko Don Set ($35 for lunch, $65 for dinner), a kaiseki-style presentation of nine curated Japanese dishes, accompanied by miso soup and an appetiser. You can expect unagi, tendon, wagyu sukiyaki, among the nine offerings.
Keisuke Plus doesn't stop at gyoza and sake; its sides, including the enticing Atsugiri ham cutlet ($18) and flavorful wagyu tataki ($18), are also must-trys.
