Former Windowsill Pies baker Michael Liu breaks away from the pie pack and heads in a decidedly more Japanese direction at Karafuru Desserts. This Kampong Glam sweets spot specialises in exquisitely assembled eclairs ($6-$7) and Greek yoghurt dessert plates ($16), centred around flavours like yuzu, sakura rose, matcha and umeboshi.
