Depending on your selection, you'll get fresh seafood like Boston lobsters, Sri Lankan crabs, Australian abalone, clams, prawns and oysters. When you finally reach the bottom of the tower, be treated to a simmering pot of soup that has been infused with the sweetness of the seafood. Soup bases include kimchi, seafood, Korean ginseng or budae jjigae (army stew) where you can add ingredients like sea urchin balls, fish tofu with cheese and meat for a sumptuous steamboat experience.
