Juan Night in Bangkok

For Juan night only, Thai cuisine says sawadee to hola-waving Mexican flavours. Bird Bird's Bjorn Shen rallies with Hombre Cantina's Jorge Leon to turn out ceviches hotted up with green chilli nam jim dipping sauce ($15), pork carnita tacos dressed with som tum ($13/pair), fried chicken wings with chipotle Bang Bang sauce ($15/six pieces), duck grapow heaped on nachos ($15) and more. Drinks to 'cool your cojones' include horchata ice-cream made in-house ($8) and tamarind-chile margaritas ($10).
