Having conquered the local realms of seafood and Cantonese food, Joyden Concepts now takes on Chinese classics at its third venture, Joyden Treasures. The chefs here inject their own twists to age-old family recipes. Waves of nostalgia abound with dishes like crispy lotus fragrant duck with petite lotus buns ($58), traditional salt-baked crab (market price) and steamed red grouper in homemade soya bean broth.
