Tadayoshi Onishi, sake master of the highly sought-after Jikon rice wines from Japan's Mie Prefecture, shows up at Sushi Mitsuya for a one-night-only dinner ($330) paired with five of his labels – two of which are brought in especially for the session. Sushi Mitsuya's executive chef, Ryosuke Harada serves up dishes from his Shogyoku set meal, which includes sashimi, cooked dishes, sushi and dessert for the meal.
