Ivory Coffee

Ivory Coffee joins North Canal Road's surge of new eateries and coffee shops. It uses its own coffee Ivory Blend ($4-$4.50), which carries caramel and cocoa notes due to the combination of 10 percent Ethiopia Sidamo, 80 percent Brazil Yellow Bourbon and 10 percent Sumatra beans. The menu features items such salted egg chicken on waffle ($12), beer bacon mac 'n' cheese ($14), and herb-crusted salmon ($15.50).
