Pair your wines with a selection of French and New World farmhouse cheeses before hitting the charcuterie bar for foie gras ballotine, Spanish chorizo and beef carpaccio to pique your palate.
The food fare continues after Christmas with its New Year's Eve Remix where meat and seafood lovers can rejoice for grilled lamb t-bone, sirloins, king prawns and Canadian lobsters seared to perfection. Indulge in sweet treats after with its brilliant spread of desserts.
SKIRT
From December 1 to 30, spread the joy of Christmas (and sharing) with its festive Grazing Around menu for $68 per person with a minimum dining party of two. Wine pairing with this menu is also available from $38. Fill your table with enticing platters of Padron and shishito peppers, parsley root veloute, Sri Lankan crab toast and caviar and truffled arancini.
