Ippudo (Mohamed Sultan)

This popular chain from Japan is known for their famous ramen bowls, sides and an assortment of gyoza plates packed with umami-oomph. The soup noodles, crafted for the over 70 restaurants all over the world by 'Ramen King' Shigemi Kawahara, follow in the Hakata school of thought: noodles are thin and springy and the soup brewed for hours to a milky-sweet tonkatsu flavour.
