International Michelin Chef Showcase

Emmanuel Renaut of three Michelin-starred Flocons de Sel in Megève, France, graces Singapore as the first of many chefs to appear in the International Michelin showcase. Hosted by Stellar at 1-Altitude, the two-day event features a menu curated by chef Renaut and chef Christopher Millar (of Stellar), accompanied by 90-pointer and above wines by joint hosts, Robert Parker Wine Advocate.
