This traditional Hokkien rice dumpling specialist has been around since the 1940s and has been awarded the Michelin Bib Gourmand from 2016 through 2019, and once more in 2022. The original Hoo Kee Bak Chang comes with the standard fillings of marinated pork and roasted chestnuts ($4.30), but you can also take your pick between the mushroom bak chang ($5.30) and salted egg bak chang ($5.30). Or, go all out with the deluxe all-in option which comes with a bit of every filling ($6.30).
