Opened by the people behind New Ubin Seafood, Garang Grill brings local flavours to the grill. Expect black Angus beef short rib (from $45) to come glazed with gula Melaka, or grilled barramundi fillet ($26) paired with laksa leaf beurre blanc, spicy tomato chutney, and gingered mustard greens.
