The Empire burger stack ($55) at this Bukit Timah bistro is a sloppy assembly of bacon, cheese, onions, tomatoes, lettuce and three beef patties – each weighing 200g. Finish it in under 20mins – don’t forget the three portions of fries on the side – and you’ll get the burger for free, and maybe indigestion to boot.
