Celebrate the Festival of Lights at Holiday Inn’s Tandoor. Try the Diwali set menu ($58/person), a ten-course meal which includes crab masala, Methi Makai Malai (sweet corn and fresh fenugreek leaves in garlic and ginger) alongside rose and cardamom panna cotta. If you prefer choosing from a spread, head down for the one-day-only Diwali Mela buffet on October 30 ($48/adult, $27/child). The buffet comes with free flow ananas ka panna (smoked pineapple juice), live chaat and dosai stations, and a whole slew of dishes such as puri bhaji, which is a serving of potato curry with deep-fried Indian bread, and saag gosht, a plate of lamb cubes covered with pureed spinach and spices.
