Overlooking Turn 13 of the F1 racetrack, and a walking distance from Gate 6, UsQuBa Grill and Whisky Bar is conveniently at the heart of the action. During the course of the Singapore Race Weekend, a special menu of seafood, mix and meat platters ($188, $188 and $198 respectively) will be overseen by the Michelin-starred group executive chef Guven Uyanik, featuring items such as lobsters, oysters, French foie gras, Aberdeen Angus steak and korobuta pork belly. Alternatively, a 4-course set menu ($80), which features lobster ravioli and a coffee trio dessert, is also available. For a fee, diners can enjoy free-flow drinks ($100) or Dom Pérignon champagne and Balvenie whisky ($180) along with their meal, or head to the bar instead for chicken, beef or lobster sliders if you fancy something a little more casual.
