Curate Cucina Pisana is an ode to the homely flavours of Pisa, Italy. The Italian restaurant at Resorts World Sentosa imports Pisan produce from the region to cook up a menu that includes Fusilli di Pisa ($58), adorable tower-shaped pasta tossed with Boston lobster and zucchini; and Pappa al Pomodoro di Mare ($24) where seafood stew comes crowned with stracciatella cheese.
