Prices start at $88.80 a person (minimum of six to dine) for the Contentment Menu that includes servings of salted egg yolk-coated crispy prawns, steamed sea perch fillet, and baked imperial chicken with Chinese herbs, and peak at $2,888 for ten for a Fortune feast that brings out a procession of premium produce like Hokkaido scallops, Kagoshima wagyu, lobster and bird's nest.
