Order a fried vermicelli and hamachi fish yu sheng ($78), Buddha Jumps over the Wall ($118), or premium Harvest pen cai packed with over 20 ingredients ($408/six, $680/ten) to have with your meal at Yan, or pick from one of the eight Prosperity Set Menus ($108/person to $268/person) for group dining. Menu 8 ($268/person for eight to ten diners) is the most luxurious of the lot, with servings of Yan's signature crispy roasted suckling pig served three ways, four-head abalone with sea cucumber and fish maw, and doubled-boiled bird's nest to end the meal on a high.
