Chef Fabien Pairon, a red-white-blue collar-donning MOF awardee – short for Meilleur Ouvrier de France, which honours the best craftsmen of France – stages an eight-day showcase of his charcuterie and French fusion cooking chops at the Capella Singapore. Escape to the chilled out Knolls for a lunch ($55/three courses) or dinner ($78/four courses) bistro set menu, book in for an educational cooking class with Easter brunch ($78-$118/child, $188-$258/adult), or attend a chef's table cooking demonstration and lunch on his cuisine after ($128/three courses, $198/three courses with free flow champagne and wines). Pairon will also infuse a touch of Cuban flavours in canapés ($7) to sip on with the rums at Bob's Bar in the evenings.
