Châteraisé and Yatsudoki’s 2023 White Peach Fair

Feeling peachy? Chateraise and Yatsudoki are celebrating all things peaches at this year’s White Peach Fair. From July 7 to August 4, Chateraise will be offering a range of peach desserts, such as white peach whole cakes, souffle cheesecakes, and jelly glasses. At Yatsudoki, white peach zuccottos (a creamy Italian dessert), French cream cheese tarts, and shortcakes will be available. Only premium peaches imported directly from Yamanashi prefecture will be used in the sweet treats.
